Vase Painting in the Dahlias (Aug. 30th 5:15-7:45pm)
A minimum of 2 tickets must be purchased per order. Bring a friend and share the experience, we have very limited parking (only 10 spaces available per session). Every order will count for 1 parking spot. If you plan on coming with a friend, purchase your tickets under the same order.
Join us Sunday, August 30th from 5:15 until 7:45 pm (Rain date Sept. 1st 5:15-7:45pm) for an evening of creativity surrounded by thousands of blooming dahlias at Blissful Blooms Flower Farm, just outside Ottawa.
This unique workshop begins with a visit to our Bloom Bar, where you'll create your own bouquet using fresh flowers grown right here on the farm. Then, local artist Valerie Daoust will guide you through painting your own vase during a relaxed, step-by-step workshop.
At the end of the evening, Valerie will take your painted vase to be professionally fired to permanently set the design. Your finished vase will be ready for pickup at the farm approximately one week after the workshop, a beautiful keepsake to enjoy for years to come.
Perfect for a girls' night, date night, mother-daughter outing, or anyone looking for a unique experience in Eastern Ontario.

Schedule
Spend the first 30 minutes exploring the flower field, creating your own bouquet at the Bloom Bar, and taking photos before we begin painting.
The guided vase painting workshop lasts approximately 2 hours.
Important Information
One ticket admits one guest. Each order placed counts for 1 parking spot.
Parking is limited to 10 cars, and we have space for 20 guests. To fill the class, a minimum of 2 tickets must be purchased per order.
If severe weather is in the forecast, the event will be held on Tuesday September 1st 5:15-7:45pm. Please make sure you can also attend on the rain date. No refund of tickets if rescheduled to this date.
You will be outdoors, so dress comfortably and wear clothes you don't mind getting paint on.
Remember to bring mosquito spray.
A portable washroom is available on-site.
Children ages 10+ are welcome but must be accompanied by an adult. No children under 10 years old.
Tickets are non-refundable but may be transferred to another guest. Simply email us with the name of the person attending in your place.

We're excited to welcome Valerie Daoust to Blissful Blooms for this special workshop. Valerie is a local ceramic artist who creates beautiful handcrafted pieces, including mugs, vases, bowls, and other pottery. She loves sharing her passion for ceramics and guiding others through the creative process, making this workshop enjoyable for both beginners and experienced artists alike.
