Flower Subscription Terms & Conditions
Overview
By purchasing a flower subscription from Blissful Blooms Flower Farm, you agree to the following terms.
Subscription Details
Subscriptions run for a set number of weeks as listed at purchase
Bouquets are made with seasonal, farm-grown flowers
All bouquets are farmer’s choice.
Pickup Policy
If you bought the “pick-up” option:
Your pickup location and day are selected at checkout and remain fixed
Bouquets must be picked up during the scheduled time
Missed Pickups (Important)
Missed pickups will NOT be replaced
No refunds or credits will be issued for missed pickups
If you can’t attend, you may send someone in your place or gift your bouquet.
Delivery Policy
If you bought the “delivery” option:
Delivery is available only within our designated area
Delivery will be made to the address used at checkout
You must leave the bucket provided for us to place the bouquet in.
If no bucket is left out, we will simply lay the bouquet in what we think is a safe spot.
Once delivered, flowers become the customer’s responsibility
Missed or failed deliveries due to incorrect information will not be refunded or replaced
Refund Policy (Important)
All subscriptions are non-refundable
No cancellations once the subscription has started
Subscriptions may be transferred to another person
Crop & Weather Disclaimer
Farming is dependent on weather and growing conditions.
If we are unable to fulfill part of your subscription due to crop failure, a refund or credit will be issued for unfulfilled weeks.
Bouquet Variability
Flower types and colours will vary week to week
Specific flowers are not guaranteed
