Flower Subscription Terms & Conditions

Overview

By purchasing a flower subscription from Blissful Blooms Flower Farm, you agree to the following terms.

Subscription Details

  • Subscriptions run for a set number of weeks as listed at purchase

  • Bouquets are made with seasonal, farm-grown flowers

All bouquets are farmer’s choice.

Pickup Policy

If you bought the “pick-up” option:

  • Your pickup location and day are selected at checkout and remain fixed

  • Bouquets must be picked up during the scheduled time

Missed Pickups (Important)

  • Missed pickups will NOT be replaced

  • No refunds or credits will be issued for missed pickups

  • If you can’t attend, you may send someone in your place or gift your bouquet.

Delivery Policy

If you bought the “delivery” option:

  • Delivery is available only within our designated area

  • Delivery will be made to the address used at checkout

  • You must leave the bucket provided for us to place the bouquet in.

  • If no bucket is left out, we will simply lay the bouquet in what we think is a safe spot.

  • Once delivered, flowers become the customer’s responsibility

  • Missed or failed deliveries due to incorrect information will not be refunded or replaced

Refund Policy (Important)

  • All subscriptions are non-refundable

  • No cancellations once the subscription has started

  • Subscriptions may be transferred to another person

Crop & Weather Disclaimer

Farming is dependent on weather and growing conditions.

If we are unable to fulfill part of your subscription due to crop failure, a refund or credit will be issued for unfulfilled weeks.

Bouquet Variability

  • Flower types and colours will vary week to week

  • Specific flowers are not guaranteed
