Join us Sunday morning from 8am - 10am at Blissful Blooms for a peaceful morning yoga session in the flower field, where nature becomes your studio. This is a grounding, all-levels yoga experience designed to help you connect with your breath, your body, and the beauty of dahlia season in full bloom.
As the sun rises over the field, you’ll flow through a guided yoga practice surrounded by flowers, fresh air, and stillness you can’t find anywhere else.
After class, you’re invited to wander the dahlia rows and enjoy a quiet moment in the garden before heading into your day.
