Join flower farmer Sam for a 2 hour guided workshop where you'll learn about growing, harvesting, conditioning, and designing with dahlias. You'll discover what makes these blooms so special, how to select the perfect stems, and tips for creating a balanced, professional-looking arrangement.
After a brief demonstration, you'll head into the dahlia field to hand-pick your favorite blooms. Then, using your freshly harvested flowers, you'll create a stunning arrangement to take home and enjoy.
From mid-August through September, thousands of dahlias burst into bloom, creating a breathtaking experience unlike any other. Whether you're a flower lover, gardener, or simply looking for a memorable evening surrounded by flowers, this workshop is the perfect way to experience the farm.
